I offer both a guestroom in the city of Madrid and a vacation flat in Playa Paraíso in Alicante Province. My guestroom for one person is cosy, quiet, convenient and less expensive than rooms in highly touristy areas. It’s 15-20 min by bus or metro to the neighbourhoods of La Latina, Lavapiés, the city centre, and Chueca, which is the heart of LGBT+ nightlife and community.
