We (Teddy & Justin) have been running successfully Bnbs since 2017, loving the diversity of the folks we meet and the experiences we share with them. We prefer a friendly atmosphere, where all of our guests rent private rooms and socialize in the common spaces with us and each other.
In 2023, we consolidated our properties into a single home, which we remodeled in preparation for a switch to misterbnb. We live in an apartment on the second floor, and rent three private rooms with dedicated bathrooms on the ground floor. There are three living spaces, a spacious kitchen, and two patios, a secluded hot tub, and more for our guests to use and share.
We are very social, inviting guests over frequently for house parties, game days and gatherings. House guests are encouraged to join in.
