Información importante

1. After booking, guests must provide the host with a list of all their passport photos and cell phone numbers. Check-in information will only be sent after this message is received. If the booking is for three adults, three telephone numbers and three passports are required. 2. Paying the damage deposit is mandatory with this property and you must ensure that the payment is in our account before 4pm of your check-in date. We won't be able to provide check-in details until we have received payment of the damage deposit in our bank. 3. Each bag drop-off costs £10 and is subject to availability. 4. Please avoid making noise after 10 p.m. and before 8 a.m. Noise levels above 75 decibels are considered very loud. If the noise reaches or exceeds this level, the host will notify the guest and issue a warning. If the noise persists after 10 minutes, the host may either evict the guests or demand that they quiet down. 5. Eating or drinking in the bedroom is not allowed. Any signs of this will result in additional cleaning with germ-killing chemicals, leading to extra fees applied to the reservation. 6. Cots are available but must be requested four days before your check-in date. 7. Guests are not permitted to change the locks or tamper with the doorbell. 8. No pets are allowed. If pets are found on the premises, they will undergo expensive and strict desensitization processes to ensure the next guests won't have allergic reactions. Extra fees will apply. 9. If guests do not leave the key in the lockbox by the agreed check-out time and cannot return it within 30 minutes, the key will be considered stolen/lost. Fees will apply. 10. Unregistered guests cannot stay at the house without the host's permission (please send a message before your arrival). The flat can accommodate only the number of guests it was booked for. Unauthorized guests will be fined £150 per person immediately. Unregistered guests must leave immediately, and if they don't, a team member will contact or visit, incurring additional costs as detailed in these rules. 11. Please remove your shoes upon entering the house. Additional sanitization cleaning will be required if there are signs of shoes being worn inside. Fees will apply. 12. A late check-out fee of £70 will be charged to guests who do not depart by the scheduled time. For every hour past check-out, an additional £150 will be charged. This policy is due to our strict scheduling and the extra cost of arranging last-minute cleaning services. If a guest stays more than two hours beyond check-out, the charge will be £300 (£150 x 2). This fee may be deducted from your damage deposit. 13. Early or late check-ins and bag drop-offs might be possible. Send us a message with your needs, and we'll do our best to accommodate. Early check-in prices: Noon: £150 1 p.m.: £70 2 to 3 p.m.: £50 4 p.m.: Free 14. There will be a fee to replace lost keys. If a team member needs to provide a new key, an emergency call-out fee will be applied depending on your location and our schedule. 15. Smoking or vaping on the balconies, by the windows, or inside the house is prohibited. The only designated smoking area is outside the front door, more than 6 meters away. Any signs of smoking or vaping will incur an £800 fee due to the noise, nearby homes, and the need for detoxing and sanitization cleaning. Fees will apply. 16. Late check-ins will incur extra charges. There is a £100 fee for check-ins between 7 p.m. and 10 p.m., and a £150 fee for check-ins after 10 p.m. 17. Illegal drugs, including weed and class A, B, and C drugs, are not allowed. Extra cleaning costs will apply for handling and disposing of these substances. Fees will apply. 18. Please clean your dishes; if they are left dirty, a claim may be made against your damage deposit. 19. For last-minute reservations, in-person check-in can be completed up to 2 hours after guests have sent the damage deposit, passports of all guests, and all guests' telephone numbers. 20. You must be at least 38 years old to check in, unless the host permits someone younger to do so before the check-in date. Please send us a message before booking to determine if this applies to your group. No guests under 38 years old are allowed to stay on the property unless agreed upon by us. 21. Unidentified guests allowed into the property during the day must leave by 9 p.m. (sound curfew). Extra fees of £150 per person per night will apply if unauthorized guests stay after 9 p.m. No more than 7 people can be at the property at one time. If more people are required, please let us know, and we may be able to make an exception. 22. Guests are liable for any damages and claims exceeding the damage deposit amount. 23. An additional administration charge of £50 will be applied for any claims made on your reservation due to the involvement of multiple parties and the time required to handle a claim. 24. Alternative Payment Options for Security Deposit: In case you are unable to pay your security deposit by bank transfer, alternative payment options MIGHT be available. IF IS AVAILABLE payment by Cash: A fixed fee of £60 will be applied due to the additional staff involvement required for cash handling 25. To avoid any delays upon arrival, please ensure your security deposit is settled before your stay. 26. Guests planning to stay with children must provide advance notice of at least one day before check-in. This allows us to make appropriate arrangements.
