One well behaved dog may be allowed on holiday with you. Please advise if you wish to being one. A $75 pet fee will apply.
This property is not available for schoolies bookings and doesn't accept 25 Dec arrival/departure. Parties are not permitted. Parties and events fee $200 per occurrance. Late night disturbance fee $200 per occurrence. Please do not book this house if you or anyone else in your group is a smoker as we do not want to be picking up cigarette butts from the deck areas or the gardens. $200 fine for non compliance
