With an area of 40m², the accommodation is ideal for up to 4 people. It features a bright living room with an open kitchen, a comfortable double bedroom, and a full bathroom with a shower.
The living room sofa converts into a bed, ideal for a third and fourth guest.
Both the living room and the bedroom have access to a quiet interior courtyard, equipped with garden furniture, perfect for enjoying a drink in complete relaxation.

The apartment offers a wide range of amenities: an iron, Internet access (wifi), a hairdryer, heating, air conditioning, a TV, and satellite TV with channels in multiple languages (Spanish, English, German, Dutch, French, Russian, Swedish, Norwegian).

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit is required, the amount of which is detailed in the listing. This must be provided prior to arrival. To facilitate the process, the owner uses Swikly, a secure platform that allows the security deposit to be made online using a bank card number, without affecting the guest's account balance. Swikly eliminates the need for bank transfers, ******** payments, or card blocking. To make the deposit, simply click on the Swikly link provided by the owner and follow the steps, at least one month prior to the start of your stay.

It is important to note that this is not a payment: the guest authorizes the charge in case of damages, but the amount will not be charged, only reserved as a potential authorization. Bank charges associated with the deposit are the guest's responsibility and will be collected directly by Swikly, with a 1% fee on the deposit amount at the time of accepting the authorization.
Return of the security deposit for damages: If the apartment is left in an adequately clean condition and no damage or missing items are observed during the inventory at the end of the stay, the guest's bank details will be deleted within 10 days of check-out.

If this is not the case, the deposit will be charged by Swikly, after deducting the cost of repairs for damages and an additional 5.6% for administrative collection fees.
