The apartment consists of three bedrooms: one with a double bed, another with two single beds, and a third with a single bed and a study desk. Each room is equipped with large ceiling fans, wardrobes, nightstands, and beautiful white curtains that allow plenty of natural light to fill the space.

The bathroom, located in the hallway near all the rooms, is fully equipped with a shower, sink with mirror, and toilet, as well as ample storage space.

The kitchen is independent, spacious, modern, and newly renovated. It is fully equipped with a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, modern stove, microwave, oven, fridge with freezer, and all the necessary utensils for cooking and enjoying meals comfortably.

The living-dining room is very bright and exterior, divided into two areas: one for dining, with a round table and chairs, and another for relaxing and watching TV, featuring a large and comfortable sofa, a rocking chair, and an armchair.

The entire apartment is carefully decorated and equipped, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The building has an elevator for added convenience. SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit, the amount of which is specified in the listing, is required. It must be paid before your arrival. To facilitate the deposit process, the owner uses the Swikly service, a secure solution that allows the deposit to be made online using a bank card number, without affecting the guest's account balance. Swikly eliminates the need for bank transfers, ******** payments, or blocking of bank cards.
To make the deposit, simply click on the Swikly link provided by the owner and follow the instructions. This process must be completed at least one month before your arrival. Please note that this deposit is not a payment; the guest is only authorizing the charge in case of damages.

The bank charges associated with the deposit (1% of the total amount) will be borne by the guest and will be collected directly by Swikly at the time of accepting the authorization.

CHARGING THE DEPOSIT FOR DAMAGES:
If the property is found clean and in perfect condition, with no damages or missing items, the bank details will be deleted within 10 days after check-out.
If damages or missing items are detected, Swikly will process the deposit, deducting the amount for damages plus an additional charge of 5.6% to cover management costs.
