Acerca del alojamiento Este texto ha sido traducido del inglés por un servicio de traducción automática y puede contener inexactitudes o errores.
Located in the heart of Boystown, this private room has a full sized bed, shares two bathrooms with three other rooms, shared kitchen, shared living room and dining room. Wifi throughout the property. Main thing to be aware of, is due to its centrality, it can be loud, especially at night on weekends. Weekly cleaning of all shared spaces included.
The property is above a restaurant and owners apartment. Its a four bedroom two bath unit (you will be renting just the one bedroom). Being made available for longer rental periods while licensing for the full bed and breakfast is happening.
You will have access to kitchen, living room, and the yard at The Villa Toscana
We are smack dab in the middle of the vibrant Boystown area of Chicago, near many restaurants and bars & approximately a 10 minute walk to Wrigley Field and Wrigleyville.
About a 10-minute walk to the lakefront, and a quick ride to the beach.
Near many public transportation stops, including the Addison Red Line stop (which is about a 10 minute walk away).
Close to the Vic and Metro theatre- about 15 minute walk to each; Many site seeing stops downtown are about 15-45 minutes depending on time
Hide
We are near many bus lines: 8, 36, 151, 152, 77, 156. The 8 bus runs right in front of us, plus you will also be close to the Red line L - at Addison. It is easy to get to the lake and downtown from this location.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
IF YOU ARE DRIVING - please let host know & please pay attention to all street signs, as these are general and anything can change that we will not be aware of and Cubs games change all recommendations:
For the weekends: we recommend checking out Addison road (just north of the property), Broadway (just east of the property) and side streets east of Broadway.
If you are coming up during the week, we recommend Broadway, we sometimes also have permit parking passes for zone 383, we have a very limited quantity, so please let us know ASAP if you will be driving, so we can reserve a parking permit for you. If you are a one-night stay, Addison may have the perfect parking for you.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
If you are coming from Midway airport and want to take public transit - use the Orange line - take it to Roosevelt, where you will switch to the Red line towards Howard, you will exit the Red Line at Addison and head east (if at any point you see wrigley field, you walked the opposite direction, turn around on Addison), take Addison to Halsted, turn right, we will be on the east side of the street, just past Cornelia.
If you are coming from O'Hare: take the Blue Line to Addison, when you exit the train station cross the street and take the 152 bus east to Halsted, head south (don't cross Addison street, stay on the same side as drop off and head down Halsted - if you see whole foods, you walked the wrong direction so turn around). We will be on the same side as the bus drop off, just past Cornelia.
