Looking for the perfect getaway during the holiday season? This stunning 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom family home in the heart of Queen’s Park is available from 10 December to end the beginning of February. It is modern, very spacious and boasts high end features for a comfortable stay. Located in a fabulous location, on a quiet residential street, this property is designed with families in mind, offering a lovely back garden and a welcoming environment for children and adults alike.
This wonderful house divides across 3 floors, with a large total of 2,290 square foot. Upon entering the property, you are greeted with a lovely open-plan living room that seamlessly flows through to the kitchen / dining area. The kitchen is exceptionally modern, with high-end appliances, and it includes a marble topped kitchen island, and a dining table. The kitchen opens to a wonderful back garden space, also a lovely view from the dining table and perfect for the summer months hosting family or friends. The tall glass doors bathe this room in natural light.
On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms and a large bathroom complete with it's own bath tub. The master bedroom displays pure comfort and convenience. It boasts a super king size bed with a trendy walk in wardrobe and a chic en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is also a little office desk / dressing table by the bay window of the room and plenty of additional wardrobe space to store your personal belongings.
The additional bedrooms on this floor include a cosy nursery room, fitted with two toddle single beds and next door, a third bedroom that contains a single bed. This room can also be used as a separate office and it also contains storage space.
The second floor reveals a spacious fourth bedroom, complete with a double bed and an additional office corner for those who need a quiet workspace. This room also comes with an en-suite bathroom, with a shower and loo. Additionally, a pair of terrace doors open to the outdoor view—a perfect spot for enjoying morning coffee.
