Communal laundry on the same floor with coin operated washer and dryer.
15 minutes walk to Bondi beach and Tamarama beach.
Convenient access to Woolworths and bottle shop opposite the entrance. Excellent cafes and restaurants nearby. Easy access to the bus route to the beach or up to Bondi Junction and the city.
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. Pool opening times: Fri-Sat 5:30am-10:30pm, Sun-Thu 5:30am-9:00pm. Non smoking, including balcony.
For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)
Iconic Bondi has everything you need on your doorstep - buzzy cafes and restaurants, a stunning beach, coastal walks, shopping and easy access to the city.
Bondi Road is on the main bus route between Bondi Beach and Bondi Junction/ the city with regular busses running.
There is no dedicated parking spot for the apartment, however there is some free parking along Wellington Street. Please pay careful attention to the parking signs though as there are a lot of time restrictions based on school zones/ peak traffic in this area.
All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on throughout Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
There is a non refundable 4.5% charge when you pay with a credit/debit card. All guests are required to complete an online insurance / security form before checking in.
