It is a Duplex apartment with a spacious living-dining room and high ceilings that give a feeling of greater spaciousness, natural light entering all day. On the same floor as the living-dining room is the kitchen and a toilet, which allows you to enjoy the ground floor without having to go up to the bedrooms.

It has a completely open intermediate floor from where you can see the living room; this intermediate floor is spacious and is the area dedicated to work when you need it andhe rooms are in the third floor, my room and your private double room as well as the bath room exclusively for and it is right next door.

The entire floor of the apartment is made of high quality marble; It has Wi-Fi in all areas. The apartment has a security system as it is on the ground floor.

In the surroundings you have several options:
1) Hiking up to the Hermitage of San Ramon
2) Two shopping centers:
a) Vilamarina Shopping Center where there are Italian food restaurants, homemade hamburgers, and other options. In the Vilamarina Shopping Center you can play bowling and Karting races.
b) The second outlet in Barcelona is located in Viladecans where you will find good gastronomic alternatives.
3) Two restaurants very close: Cafe del Plata about 50 meters away and Montevideo which is about 5 (short) blocks away from the accommodation

There is also Philippine Beach (cruising area) 15 minutes by car, free parking except in the summer season, and walking from the beach you have the Mamut Bar-Restaurant. Free transfer to the Beach is offered subject to availability and the time you wish to be on the Beach, there are umbrellas available at no additional cost.

Viladecans is 15 km from Barcelona by train, 6 Km from Castelldefels and 15-20 kms from Sitges. SITGES is the selected gay town where most of the Circuit Events takes place, also The Bears Week and has some cruising areas: other tourist towns worth visiting by train. WHILE Castelldefels has a spectacular nightlife because all the bars and clubs are near the beach. Free transfer to the Viladecans Train Station is offered subject to availability.

Viladecans is also well connected to Barcelona by bus, there is a Bus stop very close to the accommodation.

You have a lot of green areas right in front of the apartment to take a walk and also the Viladecans Rambla where you have several alternatives to eat, have a cocktail, a quiet area designed to have a good time.
