Enjoy this newly renovated 2-bedroom apartment in the center of Barcelona, in a safe and quiet street. The apartment comes with two queen size beds, a cute balcony, a smart TV, a walk-in rain shower, smoke detectors, an air fryer, and a dishwasher.
It’s just a 3-minute walk to the nearest metro and bus stations and the beach is just 10 minutes away.

- The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. I have provided toilet paper and enough towels for four people. Upon arrival, there will be a nice surprise waiting for you :)
- There is no elevator in the building, but the apartment is on the second floor (without principal or entresuelo floors), so it’s really doable without an elevator. But please keep in mind it takes 5 short stairs to get to the apartment.
- There is 300kWh is included in the monthly rental price. Each kWh over that limit will be invoiced after checkout for €0.35 per kWh. This limit is enough for normal usage for multiple people.
- Please be aware this is an authentic Spanish apartment that was originally built for the use of gas instead of electricity. I renovated everything, but the electricity network cannot handle ‘over usage’ by turning on the washing machine in combination with the induction stove ánd heaters. Please do your laundry at night, or at least outside your cooking hours. For the rest, you’re more than welcome to use all features and appliances as you‘read used to.
- The apartment is NOT located in a dangerous neighborhood. Raval has its image, but ‘El Born’ is the sketchy hood these days. My apartment is located in the very first street of Raval, 50 meters from 2 big busy streets. Besides that, my street is a ‘passing through’ street, which means there is NO shops or restaurants located in the street and people are just there to pass through the street to go someone else. This ALSO results into less noise at night, which ensures a good night rest :)

🙏 Additional Rules:
1) 300kWh is included in the rental price. Each KWh over that limit will be invoiced after checkout for €0.35 per kWh. The limit is perfectly doable for 3 people sharing the apartment.
2) The apartment is fully equipped with all kinds of things (inventory list in the welcome document that will be sent to you before check-in). If any of those items are missing or damaged, a sum of up to €200 will be invoiced after checkout.
- Exception 1: items of high value such as (but not limited to): XBOX Series S, TV monitor, Furniture, Airfryer, Induction plate, Oven, Dishwasher, etc. will increase the invoiced sum until a maximum of €2500.
- Exception 2: Small items like glasses and cutlery will lower the maximum invoiced amount to the actual price it costs to replace the items.
3) Please make sure to take out the trash and leave the apartment as you found it. You don’t have to make the beds, but please make sure everything is clean, unbroken, and looking good. Any other state of cleanness could result in an extra cleaning fee charge of €30 per hour (up to 3 extra hours).
4) Please make sure to save water as much as possible. A total water usage of €20 per month is included in the monthly rate. If the usage exceeds that amount, an invoice will be sent with the extra expenses.
5) The keys are very special and hard to copy. That’s why losing one of the 3 keys from a keychain results in an extra charge of €50 per key. This will be invoiced after checkout.
