| Amenity Limitations | Due to the ever-changing and uncertain nature, access to building amenities, such as the rooftop communal lounge spaces may vary depending on the complex.

| Please never approach the front desk or building staff with any issues and to please ONLY reach out to the host. The building will not help any guest.

| Security camera near the door as a doorbell camera only to monitor the number of guests coming in and out of the unit. Not directed to private areas like the bedroom, living room and dining.

Additional fees and services:

- ONLY 1 Pet Allowed: $250/stay (DOGS ONLY)

(NOTE: make sure when it comes to animal hair (shedding) and feces. You clean it up before you check out to ensure no animal hair (shedding) and feces are left in the unit. Also, DO NOT leave your Pet unattended inside the property, if violated additional fees may apply)

-$35 per day on-site parking if available/applicable
-An early check-in fee might apply ($35 per hour and only if no guests are staying the night prior to arrival)
-After 9 pm $45 Service fee will be charged.
-After Midnight $100 Service fee will be charged
-Smoking violation: $1000
-Noise complaint: $300
-Forgotten items to ship: $100/item
-Lock out fee (depending on severity, can start from $100)
-Lost or missing brass key: $150/key
-Lost or missing fob card: $350/card
-$600 replacement fee for any missing/lost parking tag and transponder.
-Stained or damaged towels: $35/towel
-Stained or damaged sheets: $150/sheet set
-Stained or damaged comforters: $250/comforter
-As well as any damages to furniture/property/amenities

If Availability allows, we can offer the following departure times:

-Late Check-out fee of $35 per hour after 11:00 am

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check and sign a guest agreement.
