Two bedrooms have king and queen beds and TVs, and one has two bunk beds, comfortably sleeping a total of eight people. The fully equipped granite kitchen has a bar with four nice barstools, and there are tables for four in the dining room and on the second-floor balcony.

Pet-friendly policy

We welcome your furry friends at our property! Before you book, each pet must be verified and approved based on breed and size (max 35 lbs.), accompanied by a recent photo. A refundable pet fee of $200 per stay, along with an additional cleaning fee of $50 + 13% per pet, is required to ensure our home remains pristine for all guests. We allow up to two pets per reservation. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in public areas within the property grounds. Certain properties and complexes may have specific rules and registration requirements. Pets need to be verified at least 24 hours prior to check-in. If guests arrive at check-in with unverified pets, access to the property will be denied.

We can arrange transfers to and from the airport. Rental cars can also be delivered to your property at no additional cost, allowing you to relax and enjoy the scenery as our private van drives you here from the airport.

Taxis are available but can be a bit hard to find. Many locals use buses to get around, though there are a limited number of routes and times of day when you can catch them. Private shuttles can be a great option for traveling to nearby destinations, and many tour companies offer transportation to and from the tour. Some construction — and a discount

Please be advised that Pacifico is currently undergoing an expansion involving the construction of new ocean-view condos. Crews will be working 10 days straight, with three days of rest, until completion of the first two buildings in February 2025. Every effort will be made to minimize disruption to guests, but in consideration of this construction project, Special Places is offering a 10% discount on all Pacifico properties until it’s over. This discount is already reflected in the price listed for this unit.
