Welcome to Mavila! Come enjoy Casa Amigos (House of Friends)! Mavila is a new, private gated community in Quivira Los Cabos, offering both the privacy of an upscale condo and the luxuries of a resort. Guests have access and discounts to two onsite Pueblo Bonito Resorts (PB Sunset Beach and PB Pacifica, note Pacifica is adult only). Additionally, Guests have access and discounts to Pueblo Bonito resorts in the downtown Medano Beach area (PB Blanco and PB
Rose). Guests also have access to the Jack Nicklaus Signature Quivira golf course including
clubhouse bar & restaurant. Concierge services are also available 24/7 throughout your stay.

Our 2BR/2BA beautifully furnished, single-story unit on the ground level (no stairs-fully
accessible), comes with everything you’ll need for your stay featuring the following amenities:

* Open Concept Living & Dining Room, great for entertaining! Super Comfortable Living
area with Smart TV. The Kitchen is fully equipped with Refrigerator, Induction Range,
Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher and Coffee Maker.
* The Primary Bedroom with King size bed is nicely decorated and has its own private
bathroom with closet space and a Smart TV.
* The Second bedroom with King size bed is also nicely decorated and has its own
adjacent bathroom/closet and a Smart TV.
* Washer & Dryer combo unit in the laundry room.
* High Speed internet connection (150mbps)
* WIFI and Smart TVs. We do not have cable, so you can use your Netflix or other
streaming services you may have.
* Housekeeping is available with an extra fee (please inquire)
* Our guests are welcome to use the BBQ grill in the pool area (advance reservations are
required and there is a cleaning fee to be paid separately).
* Swimming pool and a nice hot tub with jets for your relaxation!
* Reserve with access to hiking and biking.
* The Mavila Community has a shuttle traveling between the Jacarandas gate to the Via
de Lerry gate, stopping at the following intermediate points: (Jacarandas Gate, Mavila,
Copala, Coronado, Quivira Golf Course, Pueblo Bonito Pacífica Hotel Lobby, La Choya
Food Truck, Amakiri Botanical Garden, Pueblo Bonito Sunset Hotel Lobby, The Market,
Montecristo, Vía de Lerry Gate. The vehicle has capacity for 11 passengers and operates
6 days a week (day off varies) starting at 10:00 a.m., the last service will be at 5:30 p.m.,
and the service will end at 6:00 p.m.. Reservations are required with the Quivira
Concierge. ** This service is provided by the Community's HOA and we do not control
and are not responsible for any changes, delays or unexpected situations caused by it.
* UBER is not allowed into the community for pick-ups, however it is allowed for drop-offs
if you take an UBER from in town.
* TAXIS are available to be called but only accept ******** payments.
* We strongly suggest RENTING A CAR to get around the easiest way.
The Mavila Community does not have a GYM, but guests staying at Mavila can access
the Gym at Pueblo Bonito Montecristo by paying the entry fee (please consult concierge
for fee price).
