Refurbished 2-bedrooom apartment in fine Belgrano Quarter

1. ABOUT MY LOCATION:
Belgrano Quarter is one of the most elegant and safest neighbourhoods of Buenos Aires City, and my place is located just half block away from busy Cabildo Ave. with a quick subway net and bus lines1 block away which provide access to most quarters and tourist attractions, fine nightlife, gastronomic options and the cultural and entertaining districts.

It is a commercial avenue, but being half block away assures visitors a quiet stay on a peaceful street plenty of trees (a feature of the quarter), and even more silent during the night: best for a restful sleep.

Very interesting sights at a real walking distance:
* Barrancas de Belgrano (soft "ravine"), a fine large sloppy park with fine trees, an antique kiosk, ideal for having a walk along its just-urbanized paths or a sunny pick-nick time.

* And just opposite: Buenos Aires Chinatown, offering fine cuisine, lots of oriental souvenir stores, gourmet and regular supermarkets, a multiple-option gastronomic parade and colorful streets, especially lively at weekends. (Do not miss the Chinese New Year celebration in our summer)

* Traditional intersection of Cabildo Ave. and Juramento Ave. with its only step-away 1) Belgrano Church with its fine dome and recently restored, 2) Museo Nacional Rodriguez Larreta, a must to appreciate a unique collection of our colonial art, (and its posh restaurant and garden), and 3) many options for shopping and a nice craft market in the green square opposite the museum and the church.

2. THE APARTMENT:
You are invited to enjoy a peaceful place with 2 bedrooms, one recently-decorated in a cozy old style (pics) with a fine private balcony overlooking a quiet street, equipped with a new cold/hot air-conditioner, a comfortable mattress and a wardrobe ample enough for your comfort.

One of the photos shows the light L-shape living-room with a modern sofa and the intimate dining and breakfast area, both very light.

There is obviously a fully-fitted bathroom (2 pics / Mickey Mouse is very discreet . . . ) with fine linen as well as a kitchen (pic) equipped for home cooking with fridge/ freezer/regular and microwave oven, etc., all at your disposal.

3. OTHERS:
- The provided bedroom key allows for total privacy (also when you go out) and those to enter the building and the apartment assure you an independent stay.

- I "inherited" a fine quiet cat when my daughter went to live to Europe, (she is now in Amsterdam), but it is absolutely clean and loving, and kept aside . .

- The building is a 2-storey construction, typical of traditional Belgrano, and my apartment is on the first floor by a regular staircase, with only four apartments per floor, -which means there is practically no circulation of people-, maybe a few quiet owners.

- I regret the site does not count yet with facilities for people with special needs.

- Wi Fi connection if fine, even if you decide to use your devices in the balcony.

- Belgrano Quarter is regularly very safe during the whole day.
