To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone and to comply with local regulations, we kindly ask that you follow these house rules:


1. Noise Policy: Our neighbourhood values peace and tranquility. Please adhere to our strict no loud music policy at all times, both day and night. Background music is welcome, but it must not be audible to our neighbours. Noise alarms are installed on the property to notify when the sound levels are too high.

2. Guest Capacity: To maintain the charm and comfort of our property, we limit the number of guests to 13 at any time, day or night.

3. Parking: Our driveway accommodates up to 6 cars. To prevent any inconvenience to our neighbours, no additional cars are allowed, and street parking or parking on neighbouring properties is strictly prohibited.

4. Quiet Evenings: To respect local laws and our neighbours, outdoor areas, including the deck and spa, are off-limits after 10:30 PM. This helps ensure a peaceful night for everyone in the community.
