Convenient proximity UBC, Broadway City Hall Canada-Line Skytrain station, and Commercial Broadway Skytrain station- Walkable distance to many restaurants. We have prepared our place with you in mind to ensure that your stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
Welcome to Spacious 2-BR suite! This a spacious property, spanning 838 square feet is perfect for accommodating a group of 6 guest. This Fully Furnished 2-BR Suite is very clean and spacious enough for a small to medium group of travelers. It's ideal for couples, family or a group of 6 people. Whether you're traveling with your family or friends, this suite offers simplicity and comfort.

This Fully furnished suite with 2 bedrooms features a queen size bed in master bedroom and another double bed on the 2nd bedroom. A bathroom with shower and a spacious living room with sofa bed that can accommodate additional 2 people to sleep comfortably. The kitchen is equipped with amenities for convenient food preparations and comes with kitchen island to accommodate 3 people to sit.

Full kitchen great for meal preparations is equipped with refrigerator, electric stove, electric kettle, multifunction oven, microwave for heating food, complete cooking wares and dining wares. Our facilities also include a dishwasher, electric stove w/ oven.

A living room with a pleasant sofa set, and a television, is good for indoor relaxation, drinking coffee, reading books, or watching movies.

A private Patio with furniture ideal for afternoon coffee break or outdoor relaxation.
The entire property is exclusively available for our guests, with no sharing involved. Our four-bedroom independent house in Vancouver comes with a keyless smart access system. After your booking is confirmed, we'll provide a digital guest book that includes a short video to make your check-in process seamless. You'll have private access to the house, guaranteeing your safety and security

Any guest who fails to comply with this process will result in the cancellation of their reservation and will be subject to a 7% booking fee. The remaining amount will be refunded accordingly.

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED: Please be advised that pets are not permitted during your stay. However, if your reservation includes a service dog, kindly notify the property management in advance. This will enable us to provide you with information regarding the house rules and ensure that we can assist you more effectively prior to your check-in.

1. A set of house rules is strictly implemented throughout every stay and must comply:
- No smoking in any form ( electric cigarette, weeds, tobacco )
- No illegal drugs
- No party or gathering of any sort
- No loud noises at all times
- No pets allowed
- Please no 'loud' gatherings. Quiet hours: 9 pm to 9 am
- Only registered number of guests will be allowed to stay, extra person fees apply for additional guests
- 1 set of towels will be given per registered guest.

2. Cooking essentials provided : Salt & Pepper; Cooking oil; cookware for your convenience.

3. Baby crib is available upon request for a fee of 50 CAD per night. Kindly inform us at least three days in advance BEFORE your CHECK-IN date to make arrangements for your request.

1. Early Check-In:

Available from 12:00 PM onwards, a 50 CAD Early check-in fee will apply.
Please feel free to reach out to us to confirm the availability.

2. Late Check-Out:


Please send us a request in advance. Approval will be subject to availability. A fee
of 50 CAD will be applicable for late check-out. (Until 3 pm).

3. Luggage Drop-Off Service:


We offer an early drop-off luggage service after 12:00 PM

The suite WILL NOT be ready until the official check-in time.
25 CAD will be charged for availing of this service.

We, kindly ask that you only drop off your luggage in the Foyer area.
Do not leave any food in the fridge, until it's check-in time.

Note: registration of a valid credit card is required to avail of all these services. Your request will be confirmed once we have successfully charged the applicable extra service fees.
