* The pool can be heated upon request for a minimum duration of three days, with a minimum charge of $285. Each additional day of pool heating requested will incur a charge of $95.*

Upon entering The Oasis, you're welcomed by our spacious kitchen stocked with all the essentials for your trip. With two large refrigerators, ample storage is provided for beverages and food throughout your stay.

The four bedrooms in the home are generously sized. The guest bedrooms, located down the hallway from the master, feature large closets and full-size mirrors, ideal for preparing for a night out in town. The master bedroom and ensuite bath are expansive, featuring two queen beds, a full-size walk-in closet, and a luxurious walk-in tiled shower.

The living room boasts custom furnishings and designer décor, complemented by a large HD smart TV with cable. Adjacent to the kitchen, the bunk-bed room offers its own living area, equipped with four full-size beds, a comfortable accenting luxurious blue couch, coffee table, large HD smart TV with cable, and a variety of board games.

Last, but certainly not least, the backyard of this home promises to exceed your expectations. From mini-golf to a private large heated pool (available upon request), and an expansive outdoor pergola including a BBQ pit and large wall-mounted HD smart TV's, prepare to indulge in the ultimate Scottsdale vacation experience at The Oasis!

PETS-
Pets allowed upon host approval. Please disclose the type of pet, breed, and weight. Pet fee is $100 per pet

PARKING-
The home offers a long two car driveway as well as a car port. Street parking is also available.

QUIET HOURS-
Quiet hours per City of Scottsdale ordinance are from 10pm – 5am. If the police are called during these hours for any type of noise violation, guests may be held financially responsible for any resulting fines.

OUTSIDE VENDORS-
Outside vendors may be allowed, but must be approved prior to guest arrival by host.

EARLY CHECK IN-
Check-in is at 4pm. We offer a complimentary early check-in (when possible) of 2pm. Any check-in earlier than 2pm is subject to an additional fee due to its disruption of our cleaning schedule. If arriving prior to 12pm, we suggest booking the night before.

GUEST COUNT-
If you have additional unapproved guests, your reservation may be subject to cancellation. The number of guests you book for is the amount allowed at the property, no exceptions. If a change to the guest count occurs, please contact the host prior and let them know.

MUSIC & SPEAKERS-
We provide a Bluetooth Sonos speaker at the home which you may connect to. Please do not unplug or move the sound system. Please do not blast the volume on the system as it can potentially cause damage to it. Guests are liable for any damage to the system. We employ noise decibel monitoring devices within and outside the home.

LATE CHECKOUT-
Check-out is at 11am. Late checkout is possible if approved prior with host. Any unapproved guest checkout is subject to an additional fee.

* Disclosure Regarding Pool Heat*
Before requesting pool heat, please be advised of the following:
We cannot make the pool into a hot tub! The maximum temperature we heat the pools to is 85 degrees. Please also be advised that in the winter months when the overnight temperature drops below 50 degrees, the pool heaters will simply shut off to avoid mechanical damage to the heat pump system due to the ice that will form otherwise on the internal coils. The heaters will turn back on automatically when the temperature outside goes back up/when the ice that was forming to cause the shut-off melts, but this means that we cannot promise the pool will stay heated to our normal of 85 degrees. Even with the cooler temperatures, the pool heaters do tend to keep the pools within 5 degrees of the desired temperature. Turning on and off the heater is very expensive for the homeowners, hence the pool heating charge. Therefore, please note, we will NOT be able to refund the pool heating charge if you feel the pool did not stay warm enough during your stay. The pools have been heating up to 75–86 degrees, which is 35–46 degrees higher than the average outdoor temperature.

The entire home & property is yours and yours alone to use for your stay. Custom access code and instructions for entry will be provided via email prior to arrival.

Security: We have exterior cameras pointing to all exit/entrance points on the property for guest and host security. There are also noise monitors that measure dB levels inside & outside to comply with city regulations. These monitors do not record audio.
The Oasis is located in South-Scottsdale within a quaint charming neighborhood. Only minutes from almost every destination you will seek to enjoy - you couldn't find a more perfect location for your next trip if you tried!
We recommend the use of uber & lyft if you do not have a car with you to get around town. If bringing a vehicle make sure to park it legally either in front of the property or in the driveway.

ARK Rentals has partnerships with a variety of transportation companies if you need to charter a party bus / limousine. You can view this information via your guest portal after your reservation is confirmed.
A multitude of additional services is always available before check-in. Please contact us via email or phone after booking to make any request you wish fulfilled before your group's arrival.

Pool can be heated for an additional fee. No pool fence, practice caution with children.
