* Living room sofa bed (pull-out double bed) for additional 2-person to sleep comfortably

* A living room with a comfortable sofa set and a television is perfect for indoor relaxation, enjoying a cup of coffee, reading books, or watching movies with your friends or family.

* Dining space for 6 people

* Comfortable and clean full-kitchen perfect for meal preparations is equipped with a cookwares, refrigerator, electric stove with oven, electric kettle for hot water, toaster, microwave for heating food. It includes cooking basics for your comfort and complete dining wares for daily use. This suite includes dishwasher.

* Bathroom with bathtub and toiletries
* Private laundry area for your convenience.
* A tower fan is available and provided for guest's use.

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED: Please be advised that pets are not permitted during your stay. However, if your reservation includes a service dog, kindly notify the property management in advance. This will enable us to provide you with information regarding the house rules and ensure that we can assist you more effectively prior to your check-in.

1. A set of house rules is strictly implemented throughout every stay and must comply:
- No smoking in any form ( electric cigarette, weeds, tobacco )
- No illegal drugs
- No party or gathering of any sort
- No loud noises at all times
- No pets allowed
- Please no 'loud' gatherings. Quiet hours: 9 pm to 9 am
- Only registered number of guests will be allowed to stay, extra person fees apply for additional guests
- 1 set of towels will be given per registered guest.

2. Cooking essentials provided : Salt & Pepper; Cooking oil for your convenience.
