Guests have access to the house, back deck, driveway and yard space. Garage and storage is not offered as part of the rental. We can accommodate up to 2 approved dogs per stay with pet fee paid per dog. Due to severe allergies and zoning bylaws no cats or other animals can be accepted. Emotional support dogs are subject to pet fees. Free Parking for 5 cars in driveway. No Trailer, boats or RV's/ Motor homes can be accommodated or charging of any kind on house. No on street or green space parking. We are not a venue of any kind and cannot accommodate events or parties. Garage is not part of the rental and is a locked area.
