CHECK IN starts at 3 pm. If your stay is longer than a week, cleaning will be done in the middle of your stay with a change of linen. In any case, if you want linens to be changed with cleaning service included, it will be possible to do so with an additional cost of $30 USD per event.

Fresh water is scarce in Mahahual, so the jacuzzi is NOT in operation and is NOT included in the condo services. We ask you to please always check that there are no faucets in any bathroom or sink open, as well as make responsible use of the available water. the amount of water per apartment is LIMITED a single bath leak or misuse could leave them without water for the rest of the day. Whenever you go out, leave the doors of the terrace and the main bedroom closed, the rain in the Caribbean can always take us by surprise even if the sky is clear, we do not want you to have a bad time with the mattress in the bedroom or the sofa bed in the living room. the curtains with the rain could also be damaged (avoid a charge for damage or replacement). The kitchen is fully equipped and you will find a wide variety of spices, feel free to use them in the preparation of your favorite dishes, this is a courtesy on our part, in case one is about to run out please notify the person in charge of the apartment to replace it.
