The cost of pet-cleaning is $250 in addition to your reservation. This goes entirely to our cleaner who will deep-clean in between reservations.

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! It is prohibited. Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for Oder removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning. The minimum penalty for breaking this rule is $350.
★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Therefore parties or events of any kind are prohibited. If we have to come break up a party, we will impose a $350 fee to the reservation.
★ CHECK-IN FORM ★
When you book you will be sent a link to a check-in form. This form is required. If it's requested and you're unable to provide it Hilrow reserves the right to cancel your reservation according to the cancellation policy for your stay, as well as deny entry.
