Casa Linda is a stunning 3 bedroom villa with heated pool located within walking distance of Vale de Milho golf course and a few restaurants.
Guests can enjoy swimming in the 10 x 5 metre heated pool (pool heating extra) and grilling on one of the two barbecues. There is a spacious driveway with plenty of parking space. Furthermore there is a roof terrace with splendid views of the area and Ocean on the horizon.
The villa is fully air-conditioned, has free wi-fi and an internet based TV service with UK channels as well as channels ina variety of languages. A cot and high chair are available on request.
Vale Centeanes beach is just a 15 minute walk away. It's a sheltered bay bordered by striking sandstone cliffs. Boat trips around the caves and grottos leave daily from the beach and it offers various other activities such as pedalo hire, kayak hire and more.
Carvoeiro town centre and its many shops, bars and restaurants is just 2.5km away. Carvoeiro is a lovely, family friendly town which hosts many open-air musical events throughout the summer months.
The accommodation comprises of a spacious, open plan living / dining area. The dining area seats 6 comfortably and has patio doors that open onto a courtyard with barbecue and stairs up to the roof terrace. The living area has a 42” flat screen TV and sliding doors that open onto the pool terrace. The pool area is walled off and accessed by a gate to give piece of mind to parents with young children.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave, kettle, filter and delta capsule coffee makers. A washing machine is available in laundry area.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom with double vanity unit, bath and separate shower. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom is a twin room. They share a bathroom also with double vanity unit, bath and separate shower. There are Ipod docking stations in both the master and double bedrooms.
The villa offers numerous outdoor seating and dining areas and has beautifully maintained and established gardens.
Guests will have the sole use of the villa, garden and pool.
Buses are available for those looking to travel further afield. Local taxi firm numbers are provided in the house information book and Uber is readily available.
