This super modern and stylish 2 bed is located in prime Sea Point, Bordering on Bantry Bay. A close walk to shops/bars/restaurants and beachfront. Bright and Airy living room. Brand new at the 10 on Q development by Blok. Awesome amenities in the building include a rooftop pool/lounge area. Gym and 24 HR security. Two designated parking bays . Smart TV, WIFI, fully equipped kitchen, balcony, washing machine, dishwasher. The perfect spot for your vacation.
New renovated, chic finishes offer a contemporary space for guests to enjoy evenings in. There are two bathrooms and two bedrooms, both equipped with aircons, for the hot Summer heat. There is also a gas heater which provides instant warmth for the chilly Winters we experience in Cape Town.
There is a balcony where you can enjoy an evening drink.
The complex offers a swimming pool for guests to make use of during their stay. This can be found on the rooftop.
Guests will have exclusive use of the apartment during their stay.
Sea Point is a trendy neighborhood with many great restaurants and bars to choose from. Located close to the ocean and a quick 10 minute drive into Clifton and Camps Bay where there are some of Cape Town's most well-renowned beaches.
Enjoy a day out exploring Cape Town's most iconic beaches, which are a few minutes drive. Enjoy heading out to the V&A for a delicious meal, I can strongly recommend Den Anker or Harbour House for a great family meal overlooking the Harbour. The Sea Point Promenade is also only moments away, where you can journey along from Sea Point to Camps Bay using the bicycles for hire, they are available next to the Sea Point Swimming Pools.
The neighborhood is buzzing with activity and offers a secure location.
I recommend using the Red Tourist Bus or Uber during your stay.
I can also suggest hiring a rental car to make travel easier during your stay. Some car rental companies that I can recommend to use are

It is advisable to give them a ring a few days before to ensure that they have rental vehicles available and can be secured for your dates.
This is a self catering unit, but we do provide the basics (tea, coffee, milk, sugar). We have hotel quality linens (300 Thread Count). Stays of 8 nights or longer will receive complimentary changeovers.
Please note that for September there will be Waterproofing happening in the building and noise levels are to be expected and we kindly ask for your patience during this time.
