Acerca del alojamiento

This charming 2 bedroom home stretches across 2 floors and is a great spot for any family or small group looking to explore London. With a spacious sitting room, fully equipped kitchen, and most importantly, a charming outside roof terrace, this home has everything you need for a fantastic stay. It is also located in a very popular area of London, and only a 3-5 minute walk from both the overground and underground stations.
This lovely and modern apartment is fully equipped for your stay, and has plenty of space for 4 people to relax in comfort. As it is stretched across 2 floors, it may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.

On the second floor there is a bright and spacious open-plan sitting room with a large TV and plenty of sofa space for relaxing. The vibrant colours and chic wooden flooring adds a sophisticated touch to the space. Additionally, there is a lovely dining area for family meals and a fully equipped and modern kitchen. The roof terrace is a fantastic addition to this flat and perfect for your morning coffee as well as to enjoy time outside in the lovely summer evenings.

On the third floor you have the large master bedroom with a private en-suite shower room and plenty of wardrobe space. A cosy and bright second bedroom contains a queen sized bed and ample wardrobe space. In between these two bedrooms is a modern and generously sized bathroom with a bath & shower.

Please note that there is no lift in this building and there are stairs up to the property and inside the property.
To access the property walk up the front entrance stairs and when you enter the building, walk up to the first floor and the flat is on the left, flat C.

Guests have access to the entire flat and the terrace, except for one room which will be locked (not pictured) and some cupboards which may be sealed.

N.B - Please note that there is no lift in this building and there are stairs up to the property and inside the property.
At the heart of Hammersmith, you are surrounded by busy shopping centres, excellent transport links and lots of green spaces. To everyone’s surprise that a few minutes’ walk you’ll find the attractive riverside, tranquil parks and village like enclaves to explore. Located in the west of the city bound, north east of the River T hames, Shepherds bush to the north, Fulham to the south east and Putney to the south.

Local shops:
Hammersmith locals are never short of retail therapy opportunities. The main shopping areas
are in the Westfield Mall, King Street and King’s Mall – where you'll also find a large Sainsbury's. For quirkier neighbourhood and family run shops, head to Brackenbury Road where life is lived at a much more leisurely pace.

Groceries- The choice of Tesco Metro, Sainsbury's Local and M&S Simply Food are nearby. There is also a Hammersmith Farmers’ Market that takes place on Thursday's in Lyric Square and sells typical organic fare as well as some unusual international delicacies.

Restaurants, pubs and dining:
The Grove is an award-winning pub. Among a scattering of riverside watering
holes.

The Dove is the most atmospheric with a history going back to the 17th, century. Low beamed
with reputedly the tiniest bar in Britain. It is a popular spot from which to view the annual boat race as it heads towards Mortlake. Also, by the River Thames is the world class River Café, which launched the career of Jamie Oliver.

Green Spaces:
With its central location, playing fields and picturesque lake, Ravenscourt Park provides a tranquil oasis amidst the activity of busy Hammersmith. Just a short walk from the station, its popular spot for a weekend picnic. Just across the river is Barnes, the London Wetland Centre is home to several important species of wildlife and is beloved by the West London locals.

Food & Drink:
Try the Bird in Hand for delicious Pizza, or The Havelock Tavern for a gastropub. The Pope's Eye has the best steak around, and Kerbisher & Malt are famous for their tasty fish and chips.

Entertainment:
The Shepherd's Bush Empire hosts some amazing concerts throughout the year, so keep an eye out for shows during the dates that you are in London.
The Apollo theatre is located in the centre of Hammersmith and hosts many concerts, live events and other entertainment shows.

Attractions:
The home is relatively close to both Hyde Park and Portobello Road Market.
Shepherd's Bush Station: Overground and Underground (Central Line). It is around a short 5 minute walk from the home.

Hammersmith Station: Underground (District Line, Piccadilly Line, Hammersmith & City Line, Circle Line). It is a 12 minute walk from the home.
Please note that we provide small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soap, moisturiser and loo roll for the beginning of all our guest stays and once the products are finished, we kindly ask our guests to provide their own thereafter.

Please note the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hotel-quality linen and towels.

If the booking is 14 days or more, we require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost (the price is dependent on property size). Payment will be taken at the time of the booking and the mid-stay clean includes both a clean and linen change.

Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm.  Early and late check-ins as well as late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee.

Where a check in is on a UK bank holiday, there may be an additional surcharge on the cleaning fee as well as an additional cost for a personal check-in.  Please enquire for additional information on this when booking.

The lead guest booking the property must be 25+ years old.
