The room is compact but smart- there is cozy double bed, working area with desk, wardrobe, mirrors in the bedroom for your personal use. Door of course has a lock. All linens, towels and maps provided. There is also a balcony with table and chairs under the shade.
Fully equipped kitchen, lounge area with multimedia devices, and bathroom with mini spa and bath are to be shared with another room. There is washing machine and iron in apartment. You are kindly asked to use all those shared facilities with special care.
There are altogether two bedrooms in this newly renovated luxurious apartment, one is for your private use, other is similarly rented to other neat and polite guests.

Neither of us is living in this place, but Tia visits occasionally and we are always available via phone or internet to assist you with any kind of questions you might have. We also provide maps, instructions and a computer in public area for guests to use.
We have automatic check in system that we provide detailed instructions for.
You will have your private bedroom and you will share the apartment with other guest(s) - fully equipped open kitchen and leasure area , modern cozy bathroom, balcony. You will be welcome to use all common areas and facilities, but are also kindly asked to be respectful with other guests. The whole apartment is strictly non smoking. We expect our guests to clean and put things back after each use.
lovely and lively area very near Acropolis- near Athens historic centre, very safe area, sights in short walking distance, shops, bars, supermarkets, public transport stations nearby. Koukaki may not be exactly the gem for the architecture lovers, as it is really a very casual Athenian area, but it can definitely boast with the central location and security. So it is best choice for those who look for safe and quiet place really near the centre.
FROM/to AIRPORT bus X95 runs 24/ 7 to Syntagma and from there a short and cheap taxi ride. Ship port bus 40 from Syntagma runs 24/7, taxi is 12-15 eur. metro and trolley very near- look the map for details. convenient and affordable transport from airport and ship port- detailed info in your booking itinerary station KOUKAKI. its very near- maybe 3-4 min by foot. From there you take trolleybus -1, 5 or 15 and those will take you to Syntagma. Also you can walk all the way- straight from Veikou street to Acropolis museum 10 min and from there to Syntagma- another 10 perhaps. The metro and bus stations are also very near- they are mostly located in Sygrou avenue. You can see that on the map. There is bus 40 that takes you to Piraeus port and there is metro station SYGROU FIX that takes you anywhere you wish :)
