Cleaning policy:
You will receive the flat clean and tidy. Depending on the length of you stay, the flat will be cleaned on a weekly basis.
Every reservation has one cleaning included per week. Nevertheless, the apartment is to be left in a tidy state. In case you leave the apartment and/or rooftop in an untidy condition, we shall charge you an additional 40 EUR cleaning fee.
If you stay:
1 week: the flat is clean the day you arrive. No more cleanings are scheduled until checkout.
2 weeks: the flat is given to you clean and 1 more cleaning is done at the start of your second week.
3 weeks: the flat is given to you clean and 2 more cleanings are done at the start of your second week and at the start of your third week.
4 weeks: the flat is given to you clean 3 more cleanings are done at the start of your second, third and fourth week.

DURING WINTER RESERVATIONS:
RULES FOR WINTER SEASON:
From the 1st of October until the 1st of May, we consider that as the winter season. During this period, a larger use of electricity is needed since the heating system is by electric radiators. This means that we expect from our guest a conscious use of the radiators which are in each room of the house. Not to leave them on the complete day and when you are gone.
Meter will be checked in your arrival day and departure day.
Cleaning policy:
