Joëls Inserat auf misterb&b - you have your own terrace - a BBQ is provided but you'll have to get your own stuff to use it ;-)
Joëls Inserat auf misterb&b - at the top of the first stairs is the front door to your own studio - it opens with a code for convenience and there's a light behind the glass so you see where you're going at all times (don't worry it's just 1Watt)
Joëls Inserat auf misterb&b - you enter into the hall of the studio with the bathroom & toilet on the right hand side, then the kitchen and rthen the sleeping studio with behind that the door to the terrace - it's all very compact. Just 29 sq meter but perfect for your stay!

Joëls Inserat auf misterb&b - tiny but comfortable - we provide a small heater for extra warmth when needed - do ask if you can't find it
Joëls Inserat auf misterb&b - your toilet - some toiletries and extras such as cleaning materials and toilet paper you'll find in the 2 cupbaords
Joëls Inserat auf misterb&b - the shower (for at least 2 people ;-) is lined with natural stone and has electrical heated water so you have instant hot water... please don't waste :-)
Joëls Inserat auf misterb&b - the tiny kitchen has the sink in the corner but also a small dishwasher behind the right hand door - careful when opening it (the door next to it is quite close) and please leave it open when you leave so we can see if there's anything in it...
Joëls Inserat auf misterb&b - your kitchen has a fridge (left below) a coffee maker (DolceGusto) a waterboiler, a cutting board, all kinds of cutlery, dishes, pots and pans and 2 induction plates for cooking

Joëls Inserat auf misterb&b - your studio with a comfy bed, a small extendable table, a closet (right), a large window (with curtains to black out) and a TV & sound system but no cable
Joëls Inserat auf misterb&b - your terrace awaits you with BBQ, chairs & tables and a drying rack for your laundry - the washing machine is located on the top floor (ask us or the friendly neighbors for help if needed - washing liquid is in the cabinet under the kitchen sink)
Joëls Inserat auf misterb&b - the door is being repaired and closes a bit difficult but it's quite safe - nobody can get to the terrace because of the big fence
Joëls Inserat auf misterb&b - feel free to use my bicycle - it's in the hall next to the stairs - please always lock it to something as if it's your own :-) the city has a cycle rental scheme at very good prices with a station on the square to your left as you exit
Joëls Inserat auf misterb&b - a small map with some restaurants and the locations of garbage disposal - we separate plastic&metal&drinking cartons, paper and the rest - small bins are in the studio - bigger bags on the terrace - pickup on Wednesday so put out on Tuesday evening
