The "Tip from Ben" says to make my profile shine but, alas, my shiny days are well behind me. My experience with all types of b&b's has been the perfect antidote to all those years as a guest (HA) traveling with my college team. I must admit straightaway that after a meet I can be too tuckered to be a brilliant, witty conversationalist so be forewarned.
