LOCATION:
My address is in a neighbourhood only a 10-minute bus from Victoria station and Vauxhall station or a 10-minute walk from the nearest station called Battersea Power Station. From the station mentioned, you will have easy access to any part of London.
* I live in an estate/block of buildings, surrounded by simple and working-class people, and immigrants like me, also all sorts of skin colour and sexuality/gender. It's a safe area and I never had any problem, nor did any of my guests.
IMPORTANT:
* CHECK-IN: from 7 pm on (flexible when possible).
I can't offer a self-check-in, so when you book a reservation I understand you have read my profile and are ok with all the details.
* CHECK-OUT: 12 noon
* CANCELLATION POLICY: be aware of that policy in case you have to cancel your reservation.
SLEEPING SITUATION:
* My guest will sleep on the bed in the bedroom and I will sleep on the sofa bed in the living room.
* It's not a problem for me if my guest has to walk through the living room when I'm sleeping, even if late at night. I never had any problem with that.
GENERAL:
* Shoes off once inside the flat (that is common in Europe).
* BRINGING PEOPLE into the flat is NOT allowed.
* LIGHTS OFF when not in the room, toilet, kitchen, and when you leave the flat.
* In winter, the heating is on in the evenings, BUT NOT DURING DAYTIME.
* When using a laptop for chatting with people or watching things, please wear a headphone. I'm happy to lend you one if you need it.
