Welcome to Casa de Palms- A cute and comfy ranch style coastal home with pool and dock! With an occupancy of up to 10 people and pet friendly for up to 2 dogs, Casa de Palms is perfect for large families and groups looking for a rental capable of comfortably hosting them. Featuring a fully equipped kitchen, high speed wifi, multiple living areas, an expansive lanai and pool deck area with comfy outdoor furniture, and a caged and solar heated pool, Casa de Palms is the perfect house for you and your family to make memories that will last a lifetime!
Casa de Palms is comprised of four bedrooms and two bathrooms, with two primary living areas. The first living area is the living room area, which features a sectional sofa, Lazy Boy style armchair, and a dining table, located off the left side of the kitchen. The second living area is the family room which is located on the opposite end of the kitchen and features a sofa and armchair. The kitchen possesses an oversized galley orientation, with a huge kitchen peninsula jutting into the living room that features breakfast bar seating perfect for enjoying social meals with family and friends. The kitchen is FULLY EQUIPPED. The primary bedroom features a queen bed with en-suite bathroom. The primary bathroom features a single vanity and walk in shower. The guest bedrooms feature the following bed configurations: Q/Q/Trundle. The guest bedrooms share access to a hallway bathroom featuring a single vanity and walk in shower.

The best part about Casa de Palms is undoubtedly the back of the property, which features an oversized solar heated (see disclaimer at end of description for more info on solar heater) pool with expansive pool deck featuring an abundance of comfy outdoor furniture. Going out into the backyard from the pool deck guests will find beautiful and fragrant citrus trees adorning the path down to the dock, which features a four top table for guests to enjoy a waterside meal from. Guests are welcome to tie up to the dock with their boat during their stay as well as fish or launch kayaks or paddleboards from the dock (kayaks not included). The canal is not a gulf access canal, although there are about 8 miles of canal ways and lakes that this canal system connects to, providing guests with plenty of space to explore.

Please note that we do not allow groups with more than 6 adults at this property in an effort to discourage parties. Any groups with more than 6 adults please message us prior to booking for approval. The house can comfortably accommodate 6 adults and 4 children for a total occupancy of 10.
Guests have access to the house, pool, and dock.
Guests must complete a rental agreement. Guests should note that the Casa de Palms pool is solar heated, this is very important to note as during the winter when temperatures get below 60 degrees the solar heater can only reliably heat the pool to a difference of 10 degrees from the ambient temperature. As an example, if it is 65 degrees outside the pool will only be heated to 75 degrees using the solar heater. Discounts and refunds related to the pool heat will not be considered. If you are looking for a pool capable of heating into the 80s during winter, you should not book this property!
