Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, including a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee machine—everything you need to cook up a meal or enjoy a quick breakfast before heading out.
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: A spacious room with a comfortable queen-sized bed, built-in wardrobe, and plenty of natural light. This room is designed for restful nights and a relaxing atmosphere.
Bedroom 2: Ideal for families or small groups, this room includes a double bed and a single bunk bed, offering flexible sleeping arrangements. Both bedrooms are beautifully furnished and come with high-quality linens for a restful stay.

A bright and charming sunroom extends the living space, offering a peaceful spot to relax with a book, enjoy your morning coffee, or simply unwind after a day of sightseeing. It’s an extra area that adds to the apartment’s spacious feel.
The modern bathroom includes a shower, sleek fixtures, and a combination washer/dryer, providing added convenience during your stay. Fresh towels and high-end toiletries are provided for your comfort.
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property.

For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)
Just a stone's throw from the harbour, with easy access to scenic harbourside walks, beautiful beaches, and golf courses. In the other direction, it’s only a minute’s walk to vibrant local cafes and restaurants. Bondi Beach is just 2km away, a quick drive or ride. The CBD is a 15-minute drive from your doorstep.
Bus stations to the city and Bondi Junction located within a few minutes walk. The ferry terminal with access to circular quay and watsons bay is 10 minutes walk. Free parking is available on surrounding streets.
All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.

Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.

There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.

Please note that there is a non refundable 4.5% charge when you pay with a credit/debit card. All guests are required to complete an online insurance / security form before checking in. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie to verify the booking details. Service fee is non refundable when booking is cancelled. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.
