For our guests with allergies, we maintain a hypoallergenic environment and as such, have a no-pets policy.

The inviting living room, with its glowing gas fireplace and smart TV, creates a cozy atmosphere for family gatherings or a quiet night in after a day of exploring. A formal dining area and a chef's kitchen with modern appliances make this space ideal for enjoying home-cooked meals or takeout from one of the nearby local favorites.
Conveniently located just off the kitchen is a laundry room and a butler's pantry, providing all the essentials to make your stay comfortable. Down the hallway, you'll discover a beautifully updated bathroom with a walk-in shower, perfect for refreshing after a day of adventures.
The main floor features two delightful bedrooms, each designed with your comfort in mind. One room offers a serene retreat with a queen bed, smart TV, and ample storage for all your belongings. The other, with its charming canopy bed, provides a peaceful space for rest and relaxation. Just outside these rooms, you can step out onto the fenced patio, a private haven where you can unwind with a book or enjoy a meal in the fresh air.
Head downstairs to the lower level, where you'll find even more space to spread out and relax. The second living room is perfect for movie nights or family game time, with a plush sofa and another smart TV. And for the sports enthusiasts, the unique basketball-themed room will bring out the competitor in anyone, complete with a full-size basketball wall, mini and plush basketballs.
The lower level also includes a second spacious bedroom with a lovely queen bed and a second full bathroom, complete with a tub for those who enjoy a long soak. Extra linens and towels are available to ensure every guest feels pampered during their stay.
Parking is a breeze, with free street parking right in front of the home. Please do not park on the side of the home or in the driveway.

Not available for guests. The carriage house driveway is on the left side of the home and those tenants park in the garage beneath the carriage house. The courtyard between the main home and the carriage house is shared with the tenants of the carriage house.

After booking confirmation, you have the option to purchase third-party travel insurance for up to 14 days prior to your stay. Please reach out via message if you're interested in travel insurance.
