Our 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom single level town residence, is equipped with everything like a home of your own.
Bright northern sunshine from the lounge and the master bedroom and the queen room aside. The bedroom zone features 3 lovely bedrooms (BIRs) including the beautiful master bedroom with glorious garden outlook.
Welcome to our stunning apartment in Bentleigh. Our apartment is perfect for family and groups of friends.

・Large kitchen, spacious living lounge
・Nespresso coffee machine
* Note: We only offer welcome starter pods. If you enjoy your machine and want to explore more flavors, we recommend visiting Nespresso Boutique shops for additional purchases.

・Enclosed and safe backyard with BBQ facilities (pls return it clean after use to avoid extra cost)

Since open for bookings for people who left review for us, The front street parkings of this unit are free and without limit and you can park maximum 2 directly at our front street side.
There is also a spot at the front of our the garage which is available if you need it -open area. Our garage is located at the rear of the property and is now not available as it is full of car and other personal stuffs that the owner has to keep so you can enjoy the affordability and spacious home we provide. Kindly be mindful of engine time when you depart and arrive back to use this garage-front spot, as our lovely townhouse neighbour also lives at the rear part into the end of the driveway and one of their bedroom is located next to this garage.
