• Taxi and Ride-Sharing: Fredericksburg offers taxi services and ride-sharing options like Uber and Lyft, providing convenient and reliable transportation to and from downtown, wineries, and other local attractions.

• Shuttle Services: Several local companies offer shuttle services, especially popular for wine tours and events. This is a great way to enjoy a day of wine tasting without worrying about driving.

• Biking: Fredericksburg is a bike-friendly town with numerous scenic routes and bike rentals available. Enjoy a leisurely ride through the picturesque countryside or take a more challenging route to Enchanted Rock.

Safety & Verification
• All guests must sign a rental agreement and complete the Enso Connect verification process, including ID and selfie uploads.

Property Guidelines:
• For properties with grills and fire pits, guests are responsible for the propane tank. Firewood is not provided.
• Limited exceptions for non-shedding, non-aggressive dog breeds (fees and photo required). Potty-trained dogs under 30 pounds allowed.

• A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost as it covers more than just minor wear and tear. For reservations longer than 30 nights, a refundable security deposit will also be required. Please note that this does not apply to ******** reservation.

Enjoy a complimentary starter kit of guest supplies, including coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Additional supplies are the guests responsibility.

• For cancellations, please check the cancellation policy on your booking platform. Please note that even if you are eligible for a full refund, a 4% credit card processing fee will be deducted. This policy does not apply to ******** reservations.

• Pet Policy: This is a pet-friendly room! Please keep the following things in mind: Pet fees apply: $20 per night, $100 per week, or $250 per month. A photo of the pet is required prior to booking. Pets must be potty-trained dogs. We prefer dogs under 50 lbs but can be flexible, reach out to us for exceptions. Please clean up after your pet indoors and outdoors (hair, waste, etc.). Keep your dog on a leash in common areas, some guests may not love pets as much as we do! Violating these rules may result in eviction without a refund.
