This includes their name, working contact number; home address; occupation; dates of stay; purpose of visit; place coming from before going to Hiroshima, and next destination. If your guest does not have a home address in Japan, you will need to collect a copy of their passport stating their nationality and passport number.
So please send me your passport copy after your reservation is confirmed. You may send your passport copy as an attachment via email or using your smartphone on your booking channel app.
