Our pet-friendly, spacious home is the perfect home base for all things Northern Michigan! With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an open kitchen, a game room, and a fenced-in backyard complete with a fire pit and hot tub. You'll feel excited to have a home base close to all Interlochen and Traverse City have to offer. Please note-there is only 3 window unit AC's in this home and a few stand up fans and box fans. There is only well water at this property as well.

To complete your booking process and get your Guest Access information you will be connected with Enso Connect Guest Experience app. Once you have completed your verification process you will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with your Guest Access information.
The Enso Connect guest verification process will require:
* Signing of rental agreement
* ID and selfie uploads

Guests will have exclusive access to the home and backyard. This is a self check in property. Please read the check in instructions closely before arriving.

Grawn is a small community located in Grand Traverse County, Michigan. It is situated approximately 10 miles southwest of Traverse City, providing residents with easy access to the amenities and services of the larger city while enjoying a more suburban or rural atmosphere. Safety & Verification
• All guests must sign a rental agreement and complete the Enso Connect verification process, including ID and selfie uploads.
• Receive an online boarding pass with access instructions for added convenience.

Property Guidelines:
• For properties with grills and fire pits, guests are responsible for the propane tank. Firewood is not provided.
• Limited exceptions for non-shedding, non-aggressive dog breeds (fees and photo required). Potty-trained dogs under 30 pounds allowed.

• A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost as it covers more than just minor wear and tear. For reservations longer than 30 nights, a refundable security deposit will also be required. Please note that this does not apply to ******** reservation.

Enjoy a complimentary starter kit of guest supplies, including coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Additional supplies are the guests responsibility.

• For cancellations, please check the cancellation policy on your booking platform. Please note that even if you are eligible for a full refund, a 4% credit card processing fee will be deducted. This policy does not apply to ******** reservations.

• Pet Policy: This is a pet-friendly room! Please keep the following things in mind: Pet fees apply: $20 per night, $100 per week, or $250 per month. Pets must be potty-trained dogs. Please clean up after your pet indoors and outdoors (hair, waste, etc.). Keep your dog on a leash in common areas, some guests may not love pets as much as we do!
