The living area incorporates a sitting room with desk and a TV room. Each bedroom has a TV. Main bedroom and living area is air conditioned. Second bedroom has ceiling fans and is cooled from living room air con. All linen and bathroom accessories are provided for you. The home is business and family ready. The well fit out kitchen and bathroom are modern, well lit and clean. A fully equipped kitchen and laundry with washer and dryer is provided.

Guests are able to access the total residence. The adjoining property is a separate residence, so please respect their privacy. The front gardens and correlating outdoor areas are related to the individual properties. Front garden has a central path dividing the 2 separate properties. We are only a phone call away if you need assistance. You will be the property to the left as you are facing the 2 properties.

North Perth Tennis/Ten Pin Bowling and lawn Bowls Club walking distance. Less than 5 minute drive to Edith Cowen University and Hyde Park. Guests must provide photo ID and a selfie to host as requirement for insurance. This ensures safety and security for all guests and neighbours. Photo ID's will be deleted on checkout. Guests can send the photo ID by booking channel message or email.
Noise level needs to be kept fairly quiet between 10 pm and 8am.
Guests who have small gatherings and small parties will need to respect the privacy of others so we ask noise kept to a minimum after 10 pm.
There will be a replacement fee for lost keys or keys not placed back into the lockbox of $100.
Guests can be charged extra cleaning fee if the house is not left tidy as per Booking Channel Terms and Conditions.
If a guest cancels their booking a refund will be given based on the refund policy, but we reserve the right to withhold a certain percentage of the payment if a third party processing fee is incurred by us, as a result of cancellation.
