The epic historic large beach house you have been searching for!
This beautiful 2 unit rental has a combined 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bath home is located in the historic district of Galveston, close to everything you could think of.
Head to the beach and build a sandcastle, collect shells, view the gorgeous sunsets and even dig yourself a fire pit in the sand for an evening beach bonfire! Or just soak in some family time.
SLEEPING: There are 5 bedrooms. The big house has 3 bedrooms that have, 2 full size bunk beds in one room, a king and queen in one room and a king in the master bedroom. The back house has 2 bedrooms upstairs that each have a queen size bed.
Both houses have full size kitchens, dining room tables, bar area for sitting and eating, and they both have a washer and dryer.
PLEASE NOTE: CHECK IN TIME IS ANYTIME AFTER 3PM
EARLY CHECK IN REQUESTS:
Before you arrive in town, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out, that the maid service and maintenance has been through the unit, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check in. Check-in is at 3:00 pm. Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Due to the nature of the vacation rental business, housekeepers are on tight schedules. Please honor the check-out time. Early check-ins and late check-outs are only available if another guest is not checking in or out of the property on the same day. To request an early check-in or a late check-out please message me no more than 24 hours in advance, and if available we will send you the early check-in fees.
PARKING: Parking is on the side street of 11th Street or in the street in front of the main house.
Guest's get private access to both of the houses.
You are given two parking pass per reservation, not per guest, not per stay and not per numbers of vehicles that you bring. The parking passes are good for 2 vehicles ONLY. Please keep in mind that parking in front of the home is never guaranteed and we have no "ownership" rights to the parking space of a public street. These spaces are limited and open to the public on a first-come, first-served basis.
We guarantee you a free parking with the parking pass anywhere vehicles are allowed.
You are welcome to rent a golf cart from local vendors which is highly recommended for great times. There are many of them close by. or you can bring a bike to ride. You can also walk.
