Welcome to our charming vintage chic home, tucked away in a quiet, historic neighborhood just minutes away from downtown Spokane! This tastefully updated 1912 Craftsman bungalow, featuring 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom, is an old home-lover’s delight, chock full of original features, offering a cozy and stylish atmosphere with a touch of nostalgia.

The comfortable bedrooms ensure a restful night's sleep, while the well-appointed bathroom provides all the essentials for your convenience. In cooler weather, the gas fireplace provides a cozy backdrop to your stay.
The home is single-level living, with the exception of the laundry set and storage which are in the basement. You'll enter the front door into the living room with Roku TV for streaming your favorite shows-- we've pre-loaded a ton of apps for your use. And don't worry about logging out before checkout--Guest Mode on the TV ensures that your login info is removed as long as you enter your checkout date on the initial screen.
Past the living room, dining room and office desk, you'll discover a comfy loft bed with high ceilings, sofa bed for lounging and another individual TV. There's a closet with dresser here for your belongings to stow away comfortably.
Just a little ways down the hall are the bathroom with original enclosed clawfoot tub and shower, travel toothbrushes and toothpaste provided (in case you forget), some epsom salt for winding down, and shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided. Past the bathroom is the queen bedroom. This bedroom also has a closet with hangers for your clothing storage. We do not have central ac, but overall the home stays pretty cool throughout warm seasons in Spokane.
The fully-stocked kitchen features a Ninja blender, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, stove, and toaster. We’re proud to provide locally- and women-owned Roast House coffee beans, along with manual and electric grinders, for French press, drip & Keurig coffeemaking. Enjoy breakfast at the built-in bar or overlooking the backyard, with views of Mount Spokane.
For outdoors entertainment, take advantage of the fire pit (available when the county does not implement burn bans), patio set, private 6’ cedar and Arbor vitae fencing, and spacious, covered front and side porches.
A small basement gym consisting of stair climber, stationary bike, and yoga mat is also available for your use.

The home is on a stone foundation, and therefore, can get humid in the basement. We have a de-humidifier in the basement next to the laundry set, and it's super important that guests leave this alone. We do provide laundry detergent for your use.
We do provide window AC to help cool the home. AC is a seasonal amenity. If booking between the months of October and May, please inquire if AC is a required amenity for your stay.
We do have recording devices on the outside of the home, front and back, for safety and security. These cameras do record video and sound, but we respect guest privacy so we only look at the cameras if an issue arises during or after your stay. The front camera is a Ring door bell at the front door and faces away from the home. The back camera is on the house facing the alley. No cameras are mounted in, nor do they face/record any private, guest-only areas.
We do require guests to e-sign a vacation rental agreement for stays of any length prior to check in. We request guests fill out a check-in form so that we can best prepare for your stay.
Non-******** Guests: Guests give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to request to screen identity and check criminal databases to confirm reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You will receive an email to complete your screening. One window in the primary bedroom is currently painted shut. All other non-picture windows do open, providing lots of opportunity for fresh air, but should not be forced open/shut if they stick.
