Welcome to our Relaxing 2 BR Ground Floor Suite! we are excited to have you with us and we've made sure you'll feel just like at home. Our home is just a quick 10-minute walk to the beach. perfect for enjoying seaside views and engaging in fun activities with whole family and friends. located in a residential area the location radiates a calm and serene atmosphere. It's surrounded by many amenities such as local shops, eateries, and parks.
Our Relaxing 2BR Suite located on the Ground floor of the house, covering an area of 1,200 square feet. With complete amenities for your comfort during your stay. We prioritize cleanliness and provide a sanitized environment for your safety and enjoyment.

It features two bedrooms, both equipped with a queen-sized bed, along with a generous living space that includes a large double sofa bed, and a single toilet and bathroom.

This setup is intended to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.

1st Bedroom: 1 - Queen sized bed
2nd Bedroom : 1- Queen sized bed
1 - Bathroom shower w/ bathtub and toiletries

Comfy living room: Includes one large Sofa bed that can accommodate additional 2 guests to sleep comfortably.

Fully equipped kitchen great for meal preparations comes with a dishwasher, refrigerator, induction stove and oven, electric kettle, toaster, microwave for heating food, complete cooking wares and dining wares.

Although the access to the laundry suite is private, the laundry facilities are shared with guests from the upper suite, with two access points provided for each suite.

Note: Every guest has their own private access to the shared laundry room.
Guests have access to the lower ground space and will not be going to share this with any other guests.
Access to the suite's Instructions will be provided once the booking is confirmed.

1. There are other tenants living on the upper level of the house.
2. the laundry facilities are shared with guests from the upper suite, with two access points provided for each suite.

The location radiates a calm and serene atmosphere. It's surrounded by many amenities such as local shops, eateries, beaches, and parks. Directions to the address can be obtained via web maps. Lewis Rd is equipped with sidewalks, making it generally pedestrian-friendly. Once you arrive, you should be able to explore and get to know the neighborhood. The surrounding is conveniently located near facilities such as neighborhood stores, educational institutions, beaches, parks, and other points of interest.
North Nanaimo is a desirable neighborhood in the city of Nanaimo, known for its scenic ocean views and proximity to amenities such as shopping centers, schools, and parks. The neighborhood is situated on a hill, providing many homes with panoramic views of the ocean and nearby mountains.

There are several popular restaurants and cafes located in the North Nanaimo neighborhood. Here are a few examples:

Be informed that we will be sending a SECURED link called "Restavio Guest Verification". This link is intended to verify your identity as a valued guest and provide you with free extra protection during your stay. We guarantee that your personal data is secure and encrypted. Any guest who fails to comply with this process will result in the cancellation of their reservation and will be subject to a 15% booking fee. The remaining amount will be refunded accordingly.

Please ensure that you complete the verification form prior to your check-in date to avoid any automatic cancellation by the system. Thank you for your cooperation!

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED: Please be advised that pets are not permitted during your stay. However, if your reservation includes a service dog, kindly notify the property management in advance. This will enable us to provide you with information regarding the house rules and ensure that we can assist you more effectively prior to your check-in.

1. A set of house rules is strictly implemented throughout every stay and must comply:
- No smoking in any form ( electric cigarette, weeds, tobacco )
- No illegal drugs
- No party or gathering of any sort
- No loud noises at all times
- No pets allowed
- Please no 'loud' gatherings. Quiet hours: 9 pm to 9 am
- Only registered number of guests will be allowed to stay, extra person fees apply for additional guests
- 1 set of towels will be given per registered guests

2. Laundry Facility:
- Please not that the laundry suite is a shared space but you have your private access

3. Cooking essentials provided : Salt & Pepper; Cooking oil; cookware for your convenience.

Extra Service information details:


1. Early Check-In:

Available from 12:00 PM onwards, a 50 CAD Early check-in fee will apply.
Please feel free to reach out to us to confirm the availability.

2. Late Check-Out:


Please send us a request in advance. Approval will be subject to availability. A fee
of 50 CAD will be applicable for late check-out. (Until 3 pm).

3. Luggage Drop-Off Service:


We offer an early drop-off luggage service after 12:00 PM

The suite WILL NOT be ready until the official check-in time.
25 CAD will be charged for availing of this service.

We, kindly ask that you only drop off your luggage in the Foyer area.
Do not leave any food in the fridge, until it's check-in time.

Note: registration of a valid credit card is required to avail of all these services. Your request will be confirmed once we have successfully charged the applicable extra service fees.
