The perfect hideaway for guests wanting to enjoy a quiet weekend - ideal for either business or leisure travellers. Anfield Stadium is less than 10 minutes drive away! Public transportation is available nearby so the historical city of Liverpool is accessible and within a few minutes drive away!

• Has lovely views of the beautiful houses and overlooking Newsham Park and Garden!
Open-plan Dining/Kitchen room:
• The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, kettle, oven, toaster, hob, and much more!
Bedroom 1:
• Fitted with a double bed sleeping up to 2 guests.
• Decorated with a desk which can be utilised for work, studies or as a dressing table.
Bedroom 2:
• Located just across the other bedroom!
• Fitted with a bunk bed that can sleep up to 2 guests!
• Also has a desk which can be utilised for work, studies or as a dressing table.
Bathroom:
• Fitted with a toilet, basin, and a shower over bath.
Parking:
There is no allocated parking space, however, there is plenty of on-street parking available on the surrounding roads.
** Please note that a baby cot is available on request. Please send the request upon booking to ensure we can prepare one for your stay.**
Guests have full access to the apartment, yours to call home!
Located in Fairfield, Kensington, Liverpool, this apartment is easy walking distance to the Grade II, historic, and Victorian public park with a beautiful view of the lakes and gardens.
Anfield Stadium is only a 6-minute drive or a 30-minute walk away. The beautiful Liverpool City Centre where you can find the famous tourist spots such as Mathew Street, Castle Street, Liverpool ONE, Albert Dock and Waterfront, along with many others is easily accesible with public transportaton or taxis.
There are plenty of cafés, pubs, restaurants, and shops surrounding the area. Lidl is only 13 min walk away. Liverpool Shopping Park at Edge Lane is only 10-mins drive away.
The apartment building is quiet and only has a handful of quiet and respectful neighbours. We ask that all guests are the same back
The nearest train station is Edge Hill, 8-minute walk or 30-minute away. From here you can get into the city centre!
There is a bus stop in Lilley Road, just 9 minutes walk from the property.
Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town.
We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with x1 hand towel and x1 bath mat.
Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) & is located at:
8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L1 4JH.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
