2 bedrooms with one Queen size bed in each room. One large sofa bed is available in the living room for a comfortable sleep. One Full bathroom with a bathtub.
A full kitchen to cook and serve meals.
Comfortable living room for relaxation or indoor recreation.
Big private Lot parking which you can park anywhere, and outdoor recreation.
Guest will be provided with an access code to a common gate to enter the property and another access code will be provided for the basement suite door ( the Entrance at the back). We have locks with codes for the gate and entrance door. Instructions will be sent via email and text upon booking.

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED: Please be advised that pets are not permitted during your stay. However, if your reservation includes a service dog, kindly notify the property management in advance. This will enable us to provide you with information regarding the house rules and ensure that we can assist you more effectively prior to your check-in.
BIG NOTE: One side of the house is right next to the Train rail way so there are noise and vibration in the house when the train passes by. Another side of the House is right next to a peaceful River/ mountain view.
Garbage information:
- Proper garbage segregation and disposals is strictly followed.
- Garbage is collected on a weekly basis (every Friday)
1. All guests must comply with the Property's House Rules in the entire duration of stay:
- No smoking in any form ( electric cigarette, weeds, tobacco )
- No illegal drugs
- No party or gathering of any sort
- No very loud noise
- No pets allowed
- Please no 'loud' gatherings. Quiet hours: 9 pm to 8 am
- Only registered number of guests will be allowed to stay, extra person fees apply for additional guests
2. Cooking essentials provided : Salt & Pepper; Cooking oil; cookware for your convenience.
Extra Service information details:
1. Early Check-In:
Available from 12:00 PM onwards, a 50 CAD Early check-in fee will apply.

2. Late Check-Out:
Please send us a request in advance. Approval will be subject to availability. A fee
of 50 CAD will be applicable for late check-out. (Until 3 pm).
3. Luggage Drop-Off Service:
We offer an early drop-off luggage service after 12:00 PM
The suite WILL NOT be ready until the official check-in time.
25 CAD will be charged for availing of this service.
We, kindly ask that you only drop off your luggage in the Foyer area.
Do not leave any food in the fridge, until it's check-in time.
