The penthouse is situated on the rooftop of the building, specifically on the 5th floor. It features two bedrooms, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom and a double bed in the other room. The living room provides large double sofa beds, allowing a maximum of six guests to stay.

There are two bathrooms with showers, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining table. Additionally, the living room is furnished with a television and offers a space to enjoy indoor activities.

accessing the penthouse suite requires using a spiral staircase, as there is no elevator available for this unit.

2. Please note that the place is not suitable for individuals with accessibility needs.

3. For reservations with children, it is essential to provide attentive care and responsible supervision. Please ensure
that children are never left unattended, especially when using the staircase.

This link is intended to verify your identity as a valued guest and provide you with free extra protection during your stay. We guarantee that your personal data is secure and encrypted. Any guest who fails to comply with this process will result in the cancellation of their reservation and will be subject to a 15% booking fee. The remaining amount will be refunded accordingly.

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED: Please be advised that pets are not permitted during your stay. However, if your reservation includes a service dog, kindly notify the property management in advance. This will enable us to provide you with information regarding the house rules and ensure that we can assist you more effectively prior to your check-in.

** Attention to all guests with children: The stair railings are not yet safe for children. We strongly recommend keeping a close eye on your child, particularly when they are in the vicinity of the stairs or using them.

- No smoking in any form ( electric cigarette, weeds, tobacco )
- No illegal drugs
- No party or gathering of any sort
- No pets allowed
- No loud noises or music at all times - We encourage all guests to respect the neighbors during their stay
- Please no 'loud' gatherings. Quiet hours: 9 pm to 9 am
- Only registered number of guests will be allowed to stay, extra person fees apply for additional guests
- 1 set of towels will be given per registered guest.

of 400 MXN will be applicable for late check-out. (Until 3 pm).

3. Luggage Drop-Off Service:


We offer an early drop-off luggage service after 12:00 PM

The suite WILL NOT be ready until the official check-in time.
250 MXN will be charged for availing of this service.

We, kindly ask that you only drop off your luggage in the Foyer area.
Do not leave any food in the fridge, until it's check-in time.

Note: registration of a valid credit card is required to avail of all these services. Your request will be confirmed once we have successfully charged the applicable extra service fees.
