This condo, in the peaceful, gated community of Cathedral Canyon
Country Club, was completely renovated in 2023.
Fully furnished, contemporary, bright open floor plan.
A one bedroom two bath modern home, with a double garage and patios
in front and back. The condo has all of the conveniences of home; wifi,
tv’s, books, fireplace, multiple seating areas with a magnificent view of
the San Jacinto mountains. There are two pools and hot tubs nearby
that are accessible to guests with one of them being heated
throughout the cooler months of the year.
Guests will enjoy the fully stocked gourmet kitchen. Sip your coffee in
the private patio off the kitchen while watching the sun rise.
The kitchen opens to the dining room and living room with views of the
San Jacinto mountains. Dining table expands to seat eight, counter bar
has seating for 4.
The living room features an expanded picture window to further take in
the view. Snuggle on the extra large comfortable couches and enjoy
the linear electric fireplace. Ceiling Sonos sound system and 65 inch
flatscreen Smart TV to relax with.
Fully remodeled guest bathroom.
Expanded patio with access through three sliders. Super comfy
furniture allows for you to take in the sunset and savor that evening
glass of wine.
The bedroom is well appointed with a king size bed, luxury sheets,
ceiling fan, dresser, oversized closet, adjacent bathroom and Smart
flatscreen TV.
The condo has a two car garage and space for two cars outside the
garage in the driveway.

Enter through the front door or through the garage entrance.
There is a mix of year round and seasonal residents. We are a long
term - short term rental community with a 30 day minimum. Guests
access the community through a secured and video monitored gate.
This is a friendly, laid-back, well maintained, peaceful property. You will
find the full-time residents to be friendly and helpful. The gated
community is safe and provides lots of opportunity for walks, golf,
tennis and swimming. There are multiple pools and spas a short walk
from the condo.

Club is in the middle of everything.
