This single level home has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, an open kitchen/dining, and a living room with a separate family room. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials and has the added ambiance of under cabinet and toe kick lighting.
Inside you'll enjoy heated floors in the bathrooms and in-ceiling speakers throughout the home. Utilizing Bluetooth, you can connect with your favorite music from your phone. In both the living and family rooms, kick back and enjoy large LG Smart TVs, equipped with all of your favorite streaming needs, such as Netflix, Hulu and Amazon, just by logging on to your personal account. The sprawling backyard has a large lawn and patio that makes a great place to hang out and relax. Barbecue your favorite meal on the back patio while listening to music from the outdoor speakers. Your trusty pet is welcome, but please note the yard is not fenced in.

We have a coded door lock so no interaction with the host is necessary. Come and go as you please, we are friendly people and are happy to interact and answer questions or requests should you need or want anything. We are available via the platform's message system or text at any time!

House Rules and Important Notices:  
This rental home is in a quiet neighborhood so we ask for your help in respecting the friendly neighbors by not hosting parties of any sort and keeping music and noise quiet after 10pm each night. This helps our neighbors stay enthusiastic about our rental services. 

Smoking, vaping or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premise of the property. We do not allow any house parties in our homes out of respect for neighbors and the protection of our beautiful homes. We pride ourselves in being a company that offers a pet friendly place at many of our properties please see our pet policy below

Pet Policy:
Please note that we do have an additional pet fee to help protect against the natural wear and tear it causes to our properties by allowing pets. If your furry friends are accompanying you for your stay, we do allow up to 2 dogs and charge a pet fee of $50 for 1 dog or $115 for 2 dogs. This fee is required and is paid after booking is complete when you register your pet on our digital check-in, please note pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets.

Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking/drug policy and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done.
