We are bringing the Broadway bars to you at THE NASH HOUSE! This 4 bed, 3 bath home is only 8 minutes from downtown! Our Bars of Broadway themed home is the perfect place for a bachelor/bachelorette party, fun getaway or family outing. You'll love the patio bar with stunning downtown views (the pictures don't do it justice), the hot tub on the back patio, and the attention to detail put into the design. The Nash House is hosted by Jake and Stay Music City. Come join the fun!
THE PATIO - Perfect for your morning coffee, the pre-game, or the after-party. Grab a drink and enjoy the view.

TOOTSIE'S - Just off the patio, you'll find the master bedroom themed after the famous Tootsie's Orchid Lounge. This room features a king-sized bed and has access to the best bathroom in the house. Check out the gallery wall with pictures of Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and others enjoying this Nashville staple.

NUDIE'S - Welcome to the bunk room themed after Nudie's Honky Tonk! Four twin-sized beds await the members of your group that are here for a good time and not a long time.

AJ'S - Have you ever seen a picture of Alan Jackson on the Chattahoochee? This AJ's Good Time Bar themed room has just that plus two full-sized beds for the four members of your group that know a lot about livin' and a little 'bout love.

KID ROCK'S - Located just off the kitchen, you'll find our rendition of Kid Rock's Big Ass Honky Tonk perfect for the American Bad Ass of the group. You can expect a king-sized bed, a big ass (smart) TV, and a whole lot of freedom.

LIVING ROOM - Plenty of seating and a big ole smart TV. If Nashville got the best of you the night before, then pull out a board game from the TV Stand and take it easy for the night. Need something to put on ********? Take a picture next to the NASH letters and tag us on ******** (@staymusiccity). Use the remote in the drawer next to the refrigerator to change the color of the lights!

KITCHEN - Enjoy this modern kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, a Keurig, and plenty of cups, plates, silverware, pots/pans, and cooking utensils. Extra supplies are located under the sink.

BATHROOMS - You don't have to worry about running out of toilet paper, soap, or towels .. we've got you covered.

CLOSETS - We have hangers, extra sheets, a throw blanket, and a laundry basket in every closet.

LAUNDRY - There is a full-sized washer and dryer located upstairs in a hallway closet; we'll bring the iron, iron board, and tide pods.
KEYLESS ENTRY - Both the front and back doors are secured by smart locks. You will receive a code that is valid for the duration of your stay prior to check-in.

SECURITY CAMERA - There is a RING Doorbell located by the front door. This is the only camera on the property.

PARKING - There is a one-car garage in addition to space for two vehicles in the driveway. Please stay on the correct side of the driveway as we do not own or have the right to use the other side. There is street parking available for additional cars.

MASTER BEDROOM CLOSET - This is used as storage and will not be accessible to guests.
Located across the Cumberland River from downtown Nashville is the stomping ground of Nashville’s creative class, attracted to the area’s culturally diverse and eclectic vibe and historic homes dating back to the early 1900s. In the early aughts, East Nashville helped put Nashville on the map as a culinary destination with beloved restaurants like Margot Cafe & Bar and Joyland, a reputation the neighborhood maintains today. Locals frequent the many dive bars, craft cocktail joints, coffee shops, and vintage stores sprinkled throughout the neighborhood. Some of our favorite local spots are Retrograde Coffee, East Nashville Beer Works, Redheaded Stranger, Shugga Hi Bakery & Cage, & Top Golf!
Nashville is an Uber/Lyft-friendly city. We do not recommend any of the public transit options and encourage guests to bring their own vehicle or use ride-share services. Generally speaking, you're "10 minutes from everywhere" when in Nashville. We encourage guests to lock their vehicles and use appropriate safety-measures regardless of your location within the city.
SMART TVs - We provide complimentary YouTube TV for all guests. Guests have the ability to login to their own streaming service profiles at their discretion.

NO SMOKING ON THE PREMISES - Any evidence of smoking in the house will result in a $250 fine.

PET FRIENDLY - We are pet-friendly hosts; however, we must be informed of all pets occupying the property prior to your stay. An additional $100/pet cleaning fee will be administered for your stay. Any evidence of unregistered pets in the house or on the property will result in a $250 fine. Service animals are not considered pets and are not subject to the pet fee (with appropriate documentation); however, emotional support animals are considered pets.

CHECK-IN - You will receive check-in instructions prior to your stay; our standard check-in time is 4PM. We do offer early check-in at 2PM for an additional $50 in addition to accommodating bag drop-offs when available.

CHECK-OUT - Our standard check-out time is 10AM and we do not require you to do chores prior to check-out.

EXCESSIVELY DIRTY UNITS - If the property is left in a condition far worse than a typical stay, then an additional cleaning fee may be assessed. Please treat the property with respect and keep in mind that you will be held responsible for any damage caused to the property.

RULES - If not following any of these rules forces us to refund or offer a discount to an upcoming guest, then you may be held responsible for those charges.
