Relax in the community lounge and dining area or take advantage of the 24-hour check-in and business center. We follow the CDC's guidelines for cleaning and disinfection, and the common areas have 24/7 surveillance. There are loads of fine dining restaurants and local bars within walking distance, along with Memphis Park, the Memphis Cook Convention Center, Autozone Park Baseball Stadium, Mud Island, and the National Civil Rights Museum.
We’re also adjacent to the Memphis Medical District and University of Memphis School of Law.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

This unit contains a smoke detector and NoiseAware device.
Early check-in and late check outs may be available by request and upon availability. Please contact our guest services team to see if we will be able to accommodate your request at a rate of $5 per hour for early check in and $15 per hour for late check-out.
All reservations are subject to a Pre Check-In Security Deposit collection of $250 for incidentals and damage protection. This deposit will be returned should no issues occur.
As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in your apartment or on the balcony. Smoking will result in a $250 additional cleaning charge and possible eviction.
