It features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with a big balcony and BBQ, and a spacious work area. Smoking is only allowed on the terraces and balconies, not inside. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, stove, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cookware and utensils. The bedrooms have queen and double-sized beds, and an extra double bed can be provided for a fee. The modern bathroom features a well-lit vanity and shower, and one of the bathrooms has a bathtub. Towels are provided for each guest. The apartment is suitable for long-term stays and features a laptop-friendly workspace for remote workers or business travellers. The gym includes a Schwinn IC800 indoor cycling bike, Hammer Q-Vadis 7.0 running band, yoga mat, exercise ball, and Technogym weight set. The apartment is also equipped with two ******** Nest Protect carbon monoxide alarms, smoke alarms and detectors. Onsite laundry facilities with a private washing machine and dryer are available for convenience. An iron and ironing board are also provided.
