Apartment No.1 is located on the 1st floor and is divided into a bedroom and open plan kitchen and living area is approximately 29sqm. Its view is to the Old Town.
In the bedroom you will find a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe and TV, also you have direct access to a balcony.There is a bathroom with shower (has a shower cabin).
The kitchen has a hob, a small oven and a small fridge. Also an espresso machine, kettle, toaster and all useful utensils for preparing meals.
We will provide you with towels and linen.
On your private balcony you will find a table and chairs.
Guests have access to all areas of their apartment.

In the alleys of Topana, among the 17th and 18th century Venetian mansions, you will be overwhelmed by the multitude of ornate doors, vibrant colors, plants, mansions, stone balconies and arches, and you will get lost in the images, smells, and tastes with the blue sea and pink sunsets as a backdrop.
